Score / Task
1. Turn Braille Sense on. On button is the right-most button on the front panel. The right position is on when using Braille Sense Plus.
2. If speech is not on, use backspace + f2 to toggle it on. F2 is the second of 4 function keys on the top panel, second from left.
3. Adjust volume if needed. Backspace + F4 louder or backspace + F1 for softer
4. Start at File Manager. z + space or F1 to get there.
5. Space one time to Word Processor.
6. Enter on word processor. Enter is right-most braille-style key to the right of the 6 braille writer keys.
7. Braille Sense should say "top of document". Write in your document.
8. Use backspace to delete last character written. Backspace is left-most key to the left of 6 braille writer keys.
9. Jusp to top of document: space + 1 2 3 as needed.
10. Jump to bottom of document = space + 4 5 6
11. When done writing, z chord (z + space) to exit.
12. "save- yes" is the cue. Press enter to save.
13. Write a name for the document.
14. Press enter. Use uncontracted braille. If use numbers, must be lower case with no number sign for naming files.
15. Press enter when done writing name.
16. You will be back at word processor.
17. F1 to focus back on File Manager. Z with space to close the application.
