CRAFTERS CRAFT FAIR

HOME BASED BUSINESS VENDORS

SATURDAY NOV. 12, 2016 - 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.

Please consider joining us for our 3rd AnnualCrafters Craft Fair Saturday Nov. 12, 2016.

This is a great opportunity for all to see your creativity, share your talents with others and to sell your goods.

As well shop and visit with our home based vendors.

Space reservations will go quickly, so please respond early by mailing your registration form & payment for your space(s). Booths assigned as we receive the paper work. NO Registrations will be taken the day of the event.

CHECK-IN & SET_UP:

Set-up of booths is Saturday Nov. 12, 7:00-8:30a.m.

COSTS:

Spaces will cost $30.00 each, NO REFUND IF YOU CANCEL LESS THEN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE

SPACES:

Space size is approximately 10X10 ft. We will provide chairs but, No tables are provided. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you to confirm your registration. Please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for us to use when sending your booth assignment to you

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE in the BACC Craft Fair, we will need you to furnish the following materials:

 a complete booth application form

 a complete MN Department of Revenue ST19 form

 a check or money order payable to the BEC

 a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope for us to use when sending your booth assignment to you.

 Feel free to make copies of these sheets for any others who may want to take part in this event.

 Please be sure that your area is picked up of any trash before leaving
