SALARY / £19742- PRO RATA 21 hours per week

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:
  1. To manage and run general Administration and financial up keep as well as offer general support to the work of Bradford Disability Sport & Leisure
  2. To organise and co-ordinate , on a day to day basis, Bradford Disability Sport & Leisure Transport bookings ensuring the service is safe, reliable and cost effective.

MAIN DUTIES
  1. Coordinate petty cash and account systems as well as coordinate the payment of invoices on a monthly basis.
  2. General office support, including typing, orders, filing, post and taking minutes of meetings.
  3. Liaise with BDSL Treasurer to ensure accounts are submitted on time.
  4. Coordinate payroll services when appropriate
  5. Produce reports as required.
  6. Organise and coordinate staff (drivers and escorts both paid and volunteers) including induction, training, communication, meetings, job-sheets, route planning and health and safety.
  7. Ensure that all vehicles are maintained in a clean, legal and roadworthy condition, are regularly serviced, safety inspected and VOSA records are kept up to date as per legal requirements.
  8. Keep up to date records for monitoring and service improvements as well as bookings and transport invoices.
