If the gymnast cannot participate in physical exertion for more than three days my policy requires a note from a doctor.

Injury: If a gymnast is injured and under a doctor’s care I will need a note from the doctor to place in the gymnast’s file. The gymnast will also need a doctor’s release before being allowed to workout.

Absences: Excused: if a gymnast is absent from school they are excused from workout. You will have one week to turn in makeup work

Unexcused: If you attend school you are expected to attend workout. If I do not have a note from a teacher, parent, etc… or phone call, message telling me why you are missing workout it will be considered a class cut and will result in a referral to the office.
