  4. Appearance – How we look says everything about us. We want to represent our school our team our community with pride.
  5. Facial Hair. Don’t have any, if you do, shave it.
  6. Hair. Need to see your eyes, ears, and neck. No FoHawks, MoHawks or any other haircuts that are deemed a distraction.
  7. No earrings in the field house or at any athletic function.
  8. Classroom.
  9. Classroom. Act right, if not exercises will be given to remind you to act right.
  10. Grades. If you do not pass your classes you will not play. UIL rule.
  11. Zeros – Don’t have any.
  12. Grade Checks – We will check from week 3 to the end of the six weeks. Attitude and effort will be checked as well.
  13. Study Hall – Mandatory from week 4 through the end of the six weeks.
  14. Practice

  16. During School. JV / Varsity will practice in the mornings Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday is after school to acclimate to weather. Freshmen will practice after school.
  17. Be On Time. Be at the school 30 minutes before practice begins.
  18. Saturdays. During the season Varsity and select JV players will condition and lift Saturdays during the season.
  19. Clothes.
  20. We will give you everything you need.
  21. Wash athletic clothes here. Anything taken home is usually left there.
  22. Lost / Stolen. Any clothes or equipment lost or stolen are the responsibility of the player its checked out to. Anything brought from home is the responsibility of the player. If you do not want it to come up missing, do not bring it into the locker room.
  23. Absences.
  24. Excused – If you must miss a practice, notify the coach before the practice to let him know why you are missing and when you will be back
  25. Unexcused – If you miss and do not let the coach know before hand, it means you skipped the practice.
  26. Make Up. Each practice that is missed will have make up conditioning to replace what is missed. For an unexcused absence there will be running for the absence then extra for it being unexcused.
  27. Conditioning.
  28. Running – We will run at all times during the practice. This will enable stamina to build and help prevent injuries.
  29. Lifting – We will lift during the season to build strength endurance and prevent injury.
  30. Injuries
  31. Trainers. David Reed and Kelly Joe. Call them anytime with any question on the health of your child. All injuries go through them and they can refer them to a doctor.
  32. Dr. Harris. Best in the business at surgery and recovery. David will refer you to him and get you into him at a faster rate than others.
  33. Missing practice. The trainers will decide if a player is able to practice or not. A doctors’ note will prevent a player from practicing as well. Parents’ notes or phone calls will not suffice for missing practice.
  34. Outside Care. If a parent wants a doctor outside the system we normally use they have that right. If a child needs immediate attention then take appropriate actions.
  35. GameDay – Varsity: Travel shirt and khaki pants. JV / 9th: Nice shirt, nice pants or jeans, and a tie. A tie can be provided by the coaches.
  36. Transportation – All athletes will ride together to the game and home from the game.
  37. Playing Time. Best 11 play.
  38. Recruiting
  39. Hudl provides highlights for your child. The coaches will send yours out from the season.
  40. You have the ability to make your own and get to camps!
  41. Attitude – What we say and do creates an atmosphere that results will reflect. Be positive and good things will occur. Any problems that arise can solved through communication.
