This addendum, whether or not attached hereto, shall hereby be made part of the Bidding Documents, originally dated June 08, 2017, the same as if originally bound thereto. All requirements of the original Bidding Documents shall remain applicable except as specifically modified by this addendum.

A: No, there is no Project Labor Agreement for this project. However, this project is subject to New York State prevailing wage laws. Please see Standard Clauses for NYS Contracts, Clause 6, Page 54 of the Project Manual & Contract in Volume 1.
