Caldwell FFA Booster Club Scholarship

Deadline: Turn in to FFA Advisors by 4:00 p.m. FRIDAY, April 11, 2014.

Qualification

To be eligible to apply for these scholarships, a candidate must meet all of the following criteria. ANY OMISSION OF ANY PART OF THE REQUIRED CRITERIA WILL CAUSE THE APPLICATION TO BE REJECTED.

  1. FFA membership requirement: The candidate must be a member of the Caldwell FFA chapter & must be a senior at CaldwellHigh School. FFA & Booster Club activities should be listed and care should be taken to be truthful on all listings. ANY FALSIFICATION WILL CAUSE DISQUALIFICATION.
  2. Academic standings: The candidate must meet graduation requirements of Caldwell High School.
  3. Application: The candidate must submit a properly completed application with an official high school transcript and a (1) one page typed descriptive narrative of why he or she should be chosen for this scholarship.
  4. The winner of the scholarship must use the money by the 2nd fall semester following their graduation from High School or money will be forfeited.
  5. A scholarship check will be issued to recipient after the recipient has proof of enrollment to a 2 or 4-year college, or trade or technical school.

Selection of the scholarship recipients will be based on leadership service, participation in FFA activities and level of achievement, SAEP quality and scope, and merit as indicated by a one-page narrative.
