  1. Service Bookings

We offer catalogued services and personalized services. For any service that need personalisation, requesting of proposals, searching for vendors/venues we calculate an individual Fee according to the work amount involved. The Fee is between 25 – 250 €.

Our general booking fee for catalogued services is 75 € for any service above the service value of 200 € and 40 € for any service below the service value of 200 €
We act as an inter mediator between you and the service provider. Service cost will be paid directly to the service provider. All bookings are subject to availability

Planning and booking Fee:a one time Fee for your total flower order will be added: 40 € for any order with a value below 200 € and 75 € for any order above 200 €

All prices include delivery unless the value of the service is less than 100 €, additional delivery Fee may apply.

  • 2 hours – 1 photographer – 100 edited photos send to you in High resolution via Internet = from 300 €
  • 4 hours – 1 photographer – 250edited photos send to youin High resolution via Internet= from 450 €
  • 4 hours – 2 photographer – 400edited photos send to youin High resolution via Internet= from 700 €
  • 8 hours – 1 photographer – 500edited photos send to youin High resolution via Internet= from 600 €
  • 8 hours – 2 photographer – 800 edited photos send to youin High resolution via Internet= from 1000 €

Please note: The delivery time for your wedding photos is from 2 weeks – 4 Month. The average delivery time is 3 month.

Planning and booking Fee: 75€.

This is a one time Fee for your hair and Make up booking.

  • Bride’s hair (simple) and make up no test – from € 150 (duration approximately 1hr)
  • Bride’s hair (elaborate) and make up no test – from € 200 (duration approximately 1.5 h)
  • Bride’s hair (elaborate) and test – from € 150
  • Bride’s hair (elaborate) and make up with test – from € 250 (duration approximately 1.5 h)

Additional service for bridesmaids, mother of bride and/or groom, other guests

Planning and booking Fee: 75€ for all music service providers listed on our website. For further suggestions an personalized planning Fee will be quoted prior to booking.

  • DJ with lights and sound for all day – from 800 €
  • String musicians – 2 hours (Ceremony and cocktail)

Planning and booking Fee:personalized, depending on if your wedding planner is available to be your coordinator and other services booked with us.

  • Onsite – Coordinator for your wedding day (up to 4 hours) from 120 €
  • Onsite – Coordinator for your wedding day (up to 8 hours) from 240 € (additional hours 20 € per hour)
  • Onsite – Coordinator for a wedding not planned by us: 350 € includes 1.5 hrs. Skype meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the requirements.

General payment conditions:

All packages are subject to a confirmation Fee of 50 % of total value – The confirmation Fee is non refundable. The final planning and service cost/fee is due latest 5 days prior to the wedding day by bank transfer or if paid in cash it is due on the wedding day. Payments can be done via bank transfer, in cash, with credit cards using the PayPal system (an additional Fee applies for all PayPal payments) and with wise transfer – the cheapest way to pay not in Euro (we will send you the link)
