Course details
The course will introduce you to some basic techniques and information about different types of clay, also the different methods of firing.
Half day course
This will cover the basics of hand building, which clays to use. The aim of these taster sessions is to allow you to complete a couple of small pieces. The cost of firing and posting of small pieces is included in the cost. However we recommend any large items are collected.
Full day course
This will allow you more time to develop your skills and to experiment. It will also allow you time to have the opportunity to try your hand at throwing a pot on a kick wheel.
The cost will cover the cost of firing and postage of small pieces, larger projects will be charged extra on top of the course fee.
