Booking Agreement for Edubb / Whooty Girls

“Whooty Call Contest”

This agreement by and between Edubb / Digital Age Media! , INC ( “Company” ) and ______( “PROMOTER”) ,

Hereinafter referred to as “PROMOTER” , sets forth the agreement for booking for the services of the DARREN MURPHY, DONALD MURPHY, AND CLINT WATKINS JR., p/k/a “EDUBB” (“ARTIST”), is made a part of and sets forth a terms and conditions to the said contract.

  1. Agreement of Performance :
  1. Edubb's rock star high energy show features live guitars, digital visuals and crowd interaction through the use of their accompanying “Whooty Girl Models”
  1. Day of Show Timeline:

The contest.

  1. Sound check load in time ______.
  2. Doors open @ 9:30
  3. 9:30 - 11:30 An announcement is made: Whooty girl scouting for the contestants and getting b roll footage of the selection process.
  1. During this time the Whooty models are mingling with the patrons and inciting drinking games.
  1. 12am the official Whooty call contest starts. Edubb MCs the event and Starts off the whooty contest. Each contestant is given 30 seconds to win over the crowd.
  1. The crowd chooses by vote in a lineup of who gets to move on to the next round.
  1. The top 3 picks are then given 1 min each to prove they are the Hottest Whooty in Jackson MS.
  1. Crowd picks the winner.
  1. Winner is crowned Miss Whooty Jackson and given $500.00 cash and photos are taken with the winner and Edubb to be posted on myspace with the club's information in the bottom corner of the photo.
  1. Miss Jackson Whooty is invited to join Edubb on stage for their set.
  1. 1:00 am Edubb performs and keeps the party happening
  1. 2-2:30am Edubb ends their set and moves the party to the VIP
  1. 3am club closes
  1. Marketing

Edubb agrees to assist in promotion of the show through viral video, street team forces and internet campaigns to drive traffic to the show.

Edubb will also be collecting emails and sending out newsletter blasts to their local database and social networks. Local campaign for email signups shall be in effect for the weeks leading up to the show to create more awareness of the event.

Edubb will provide PROMOTER with graphics for Posters, Flyers, web banners and high-resolution files to be inclusive in print advertisement and media advertisement.

Edubb will also release audio content for club to spin as advertisement and radio spots for PROMOTOR.

  1. PROMOTER agrees to market the show via their own street, online social networks, physical print, street marketing, and media advertisement efforts to help insure success of ticket sales and patrons at the venue.
  1. Cancellation of Show Liabilities:

If PROMOTOR decides to cancel the show for any reason all deposit moneys are forfeited to the ARTIST as cancellation fee.

Depending upon the circumstances a rescheduling of the date booked can be made for another date, which would be under additional terms from this agreement to cater

to the specific date and an additional fee of $250.00 administrative fee shall be paid to reschedule said date.

If ARTIST has to cancel show for any reason ARTIST is only liable to pay PROMOTOR for deposit amount paid to ARTIST unless ARTIST reschedules date with PROMOTOR, in which moneys paid for deposit will remain as deposit for new date.

The undersigned agrees to the terms mentioned above in this three (3) page document.
