Function Hall Booking Form
The Committee welcomes your request for the let of facilities at Bonnybridge Golf Club. In order to secure the use of the facilities on the date requested we ask that you complete and return the enclosed Hall Booking form to the Club Steward in the bar at least 21 DAYSprior to the event. Please note that payment including returnable deposit is required with this form to the Bar Steward who will issue a receipt.
The deposit of £35 will be returned at the end of the evening, once the hall has been checked for any damage.
Please also note that the maximum number of people attending must not exceed 90, should the attendance number exceed this figure, the Bar Steward will be required to close the bar; thereby resulting in loss of deposit.
The Club’s licence does not allow for 18th Birthday Parties
For 21st Birthday Parties, the enclosed application form must be signed by the member applying for the hall and who as sponsor must be at and remain at the function throughout.
Your assistance in ensuring that the hall is cleared quickly and quietly after the bar is closed would be greatly appreciated.
The use of Party Poppers and Chewing Gum is Strictly Forbidden.
All Banners and Posters must be removed at the end of the evening
Last orders are at 12.15a.m.
No children under the age of 5 years are permitted in the hall after 9p.m.
