Combat Auto Theft Registration
Dear Participant:
Thank you for participating in the Beaver Police Department’s Combat Auto Theft (CAT) Program. As a participant in this program, you have agreed to notify the Beaver Police Department and remove the CAT Program decal from your vehicle when you either withdraw from participation in the program or when you sell or transfer the vehicle to another person. You have also agreed to notify the Beaver Police Department of any and all changes in your address or in the drivers authorized to operate your vehicle between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any day of the week. This form has been prepared to assist you in complying with those requirements of the program. Please complete the applicable sections of the form, sign it, and either mail or bring it to:
