3.10 Eligibility for Directors-at-Large – Any individual who is 18 years of age or older, who is a resident of the Province of Ontario, who has the power under law to contract, who is not a Director in good standing or the senior staff of an Active Member in good standing of the Corporation, may be nominated for election as a Director-at-Large. A Director-at-Large shall have all the rights, privileges and obligations of a Director, and as used heretofore and henceforth in this document, the term Director shall be understood to mean Director and Director-at-Large.
