  2. Yard of the Month – Ongoing – program to restart in March/April timeframe
  3. Security Camera bids – Tabled until March 2014
  4. Other Pool Security – Tabled until March 2014
  5. Mulch for Play Area–Chris will be investigating costs and move to approve in email
  6. Repairs to the slide -Need to investigate options – Steve to investigate and provide feedback on what is needed.
  7. Electrical Outlets near all front entries –Completed
  8. Drainage Creek Improvement–Completed
  9. Bollards and other Deterrent Structures–Completed
  10. Porter service at pool –Tabled until March 2014
  11. Newsletter – topic - pending
  12. Gate Repairs – Middle Gate sensor not working and needs replacement
  1. NEW BUSINESS
  1. Pool Repairs – Need 3 bids in January to care for the coping around the pool – Still Open
  2. Pool Plastering – Stephen to work on quotes for this too
  3. Pool Loungers – Stephen to determine what can be done to fix the chairs/loungers
  4. Remote for Corrin – Stephen to reach out to Richard to get a remote for Corrin
