o License is good up to Christmas 2017. Takes about 1 week to get one. Scheduling for the Colts’ Games is the responsibility of Opt. Chantal Gilmour.

o October 21st and October 28th, 2017 at the Dollar Tree. Volunteers needed.
o November 24-25th, 2017. Proceeds to Children’s Christmas Fund.

o Rachel’s Kids has requested the use of our BBQ at Marlin’s Trunk Sale on November 4-5th, 2017 and a cook if available.
o SmartServe course was taken by Opts. Kathryn Brunton, Marolyn Desrosiers, Anita Tremblay. Request to reimburse members completing the course will be forwarded to the Ribfest Committee.
o 50 chairs are being donated to us from Precious Blood Parish in Glen Walter for a cost of $750.
