Congratulate ASO for yesterday event really wonderful job, t shirts invoking a lot of discussion.

Beamon; from now we would be getting a printout once a month from the business office, she will give us updates personally.
Johnson; get with Mathew to work on survey about cafeteria customer service, there have been a lot of complaints. Last Friday he took students for a tour around campus and they was excited. Bookstore he is working on getting a quotes for shirts with titles. He went to America got talent and they pay 20, he is exploring ways for students to go and get paid.
Eleby; ICC is getting to big for the room, he went to a lovely event this Saturday where cosmetology did hair and makeup for prom project.

C.  Advisor’s Reports
Synodinos; congrats on the event on Monday, have to agree with Ms. Alvynette. There is a lot of staff and faculty talking about it. Tomorrow is dean’s award and scholarships, he will not be here. Remodel is taking a longer time than expected, hopefully after spring break we can move in slowly. Ms. Alvynette will control access to the area as far as booking.

D.  $10,000 for Annex Furniture
Beamon move to table this item, Second Lewis; Passed Unanimously.

E.  $3,000 for ASO Open House
Beamon move to postpone until the next meeting, Second Johnson; Passed Unanimously

F.  ASO & ICC Banquet
Lewis move to postpone until the next meeting, Second Howell; Passed Unanimously.

G.  ASO Fundraising
Johnson; we can fundraise by doing TV tapings. Beamon; get a hold of our 501 c 3 and email blast out to companies. Howell; goody bags for sale. Williams; ASO pinnettes, beavers, neck wallets, and the like. Eleby created a fundraiser ad-hoc with Beamon, Howell, Johnson and Williams as it members.

H.  Change of the ASO meeting time
Eleby move to change the ASO Board meeting time to 3:30 PM on Tuesdays, Second Howell; Passed Unanimously

I.  Earth Day
Beamon move to postpone until the next meeting, Second Gordon; Passed Unanimously
