COMMUNICATION – Evan Maxey’s update:

100,000 people have viewed our website!

Evan proposed a more efficient method of communication. Families would communicate via the website, i.e. receiving and sending messages, camp payments, equipment, echo system, other registrations, etc… Team moms need to send Evan their contact lists so he can build a database and be able to send a blast out for updated information. Players that play up or down can be incorporated. Once Evan gets this configured, he will have a meeting at his house to train those facilitating it.

MISCELLANEOUS

Matt proposed a potential casino night fundraiser in lieu of the auction. We would still auction some of the momento items (pictures, signed football, etc…)

To be discussed further.

Deania Piper, our merchandise lead, would like a system implemented where all sponsors receive their merchandise that they were promised. Whoever secured the sponsor would deliver the merchandise if they were unable to attend sponsor night. A committee would deliver to the renewal sponsors.

Fundraising cards this year will be completed before picture day.
