I. Debriefing of Session One: SWOT Analysis of China Today

1)  Information Transfer: Share the results of your research with another course member. Compare your notes and exchange any information you find relevant. Add this information to your own notes. Remember to keep a record of your notes for your Project Portfolio.

2)  Discussion: Discuss the following with your partner. Do you agree or disagree?

·  Unless it solves its environmental and human rights issues, China will not be able to sustain economic development at the current rate.

·  China’s current rate of economic development is due primarily to low labour costs and its ability to copy existing products.
