Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
1 can no-salt-added black beans, with liquid
1 box brownie mix
Directions
1. Preheat oven to temperature the box of brownie mix calls for.
2. Pour black beans & liquid in can into blender. Blend until well mixed and no chunks of beans can be seen.
3. Add brownie mix to blender. Blend until well combined.
4. Pour batter into either a 9x9" or 9x13" baking dish.
5. Bake according to directions on box of brownie mix.
