Who Should Attend?

Behavioral Intervention Team members, deans, associate deans, counselors/mental health professionals, campus safety and security personnel, Title IX coordinators/investigators, student leaders and other interested student affairs professionals.

Registration Information

Registration forms are due February 26, 2016. To ensure attendance, early registration is encouraged for those wishing to attend the Mental Health First Aid Certification training (limited to 30 participants) and the “One Love” training for student leaders (limited to 24 participants).

Conference Fees

The cost of the conference is free, except for those planning to attend the Mental Health First Aid Certification training. See additional information below.

Mental Health First Aid Certification

Individuals wishing to participate in the Mental Health First Aid Certification must attend the full 8 hour training (beginning at 8:00 am) in order to receive certification. The cost for materials is $15 (payable on site by cash or check only).

Location

The Conference will take place at the Montgomery College, Germantown Campus in the Bioscience Education Center (BE) located at 20200 Observation Drive, Germantown, MD 20876.
