Bank needed a smart solution for its banking operations to increase operating efficiency, optimizing cost- benefit overheads etc. The POC was a part of demo given to the customers to demonstrate the end-use abilities of PEGA v7.1.7 .
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Worked as a team member in development of modules for Customer POC.

Bank provides multiple offers to the customer based on their needs, which collects from the initial interview process. Offers contain different products like loans, credit card, line of credit, cops etc. Offers gets adjudicated by application by integrating with different systems like Capstone (for Cards) and DM (for Lines, Loans & Cops) depends on the type of products and calls (ERA/PQ/PA/FA) displays the final offers to the user as part of the business improvement with customer satisfaction. Application development has been differentiated in to different modules (Core Adjudication, Manual Adjudication, Integration, App Info, Sales Case, DSM etc.) based on the business requirement.
