BIRTHDAY PARTY SKATE BUILDNG RENTAL REQUESTS
Please complete the following information if you are interested in renting the Tuxedo Skate for a Birthday Party or meeting. The building IS NOT available for socials or large gatherings (more than 50 people). NO LIQUOR is allowed on the premises. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. There is a fridge available for short term storage and tables and chairs can be set up according to your needs. You can bring in an entertainer for the party or another group such as Mad Science. Our expectations is that you will leave the facility as you found it – with everything removed that you brought and garbage put in the garbage cans in the parking lot.
TIME AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS – SUNDAY EVENINGS FROM 6:00PM – 8:30PM
· The cost for 2.5 hrs is $75 which includes a 30 set up time or less and a 2 hr party. You will have the building and skating rink to yourself. There is indoor stick hockey (for under 10 yrs old) and a foosball table available for your use.

3. Make payment IN ADVANCE, payable Tuxedo CC – drop payment in the black mailbox on the outside of the PRESCHOOL building at LEAST 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE
4. Our Canteen Staff will meet you on the day of the party and open the skate building and close it once you are done.
