General
Listowel Community Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
Any damage to the facilities/equipment and subsequent costs incurred will be the responsibility of the booking party.
Listowel Community Centre is not responsible for any accident or injury, other than caused by equipment malfunction.
From time to time the centre may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances or additional bookings. Charges will not apply for these times. Management will endeavour to give the booking party as much notice as possible. The Centre may close St Patricks Day and for one week during Christmas.
Any hazards identified must be reported to the centre staff immediately.
The booking party must conduct their own assessment of risk and consider whether additional insurance cover is necessary
Bookings
Pre-Booking is essential. Provisional bookings may be held for up to 2 weeks.
When booking, a booking form must be fully completed and a deposit must be paid. (1/3 of the total cost or €50 for parties). In the event of a regular booking the cost of an hourly rate is the deposit payable.The deposit is non refundable in the case of a cancellation or no-show.
The remaining amount must be paid in advance of the event.
A copy of insurance is required indemnifying Listowel Community Centre.
Children’s Parties
One adult from the booking party is required to supervise the children in the hall. To assist supervision, when bouncy castles are out, we will provide a party supervisor to specifically supervise the bouncy castles. All other activities in the hall are responsibility of the booking party.
Strictly No Food or Drink allowed in the Hall.
Party organisers to leave area in reasonable condition.
Photographs and video footage may be taken at the camp for promotional purposes.
The following are Rules that must be strictly adhered to while using the inflatable.
·Children and adults 12 years and over are prohibited from using any of the bouncy castles, booking party are responsible for any damage caused due to improper use.
·No horseplay or climbing on the walls of the castles
·All footwear must be removed apart from socks
·Hard or sharp objects such as jewellery and buckles must be removed before use.
Bouncy Castle (3-7years)
Maximum of 6 children on bouncy castle at any one time
Obstacle Course (4 – 11years)
Enter at one end and navigate through
No overcrowding
No blocking at top of slide
No abseiling down slide or jumping off from heights
No pulling on overhead sheet
