QUALIFICATIONS /

Possess a valid Airside Security Pass for which a basic criminal record check and suitable references will be required.

Possess a valid PCV license and CPC Certificate and keep maintained with DVLA requirements.

Possess a valid Airside Driving Permit for which a medical will be required on application and every 3 years.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT /

Possess or be working towards a recognised supervisory / leadership qualification or proven experience in managing a team.

Possess or be working towards Health and Safety Level 2 qualification.
Trained or working towards competently operating all BASL fleet of vehicles and machinery. / A/I

OTHER SKILLS AND ATTAINMENTS /

Demonstrates a willingness to undertake training appropriate to departmental objectives and role development.

Able to work shifts and adapt to flexible working arrangements.

Ability to effectively use commonly applied software applications.

Good Communication skills to enable effective methods of training staff and contingency teams.

Previous 5 year checkable history (e.g. work, study, unemployment, home worker).
