Conducted under the Show Rules of the Cat Owners Association of WA (Inc), which may be obtained from the COAWA Office (Tel: 9384 2500) or from the Show Secretary. Cage Curtains are permitted. Exhibitors will be able to watch the judging and are welcome to discuss exhibits and breeding with the judges after judging is completed. Non-COAWA members must send a copy of the exhibit's Registration Certificate with entry.

COAWA COMPANION CLASSES
A Companion cat/kitten is a non-pedigree (Domestic), or a pedigree cat/kitten on litter record or non-breeding registration, kept solely as a companion or pet, and not previously having been shown in pedigree cat classes by the owner. There are no defined classes for companion cat/kittens. Classes are organised by the Club after the close of entries, but where possible will be split into Neuters and Spays for Adults and Male and Female for kittens, depending on numbers. All Companion cats/kittens over the age of 6 months must be desexed.
