Gregg Mick, 56 of Ocean Ave. Houtzdale died Sunday September 4, 2016 at Penn Highlands, Clearfield.
Born February 27, 1960 in Philipsburg, he was the son of Maximilien J. Mick and the late Doris (Labant) Mick.
He was a graduate of Moshannon Valley High School, served a four year apprenticeship as a mason and worked as a mason in the building construction industry.
Gregg was a member of the Madera Moose Lodge #1172 and enjoyed fishing and riding his motor cycles.
He is survived by his father Max Mick and his step mother Myrna Mick of Madera, a sister Shelly Mick and her companion Leslie Fries of Pasadena, MD and four step siblings, Brenda Yingling of Irvona, Michael Brink and John Rehar both of Johnstown, and Melinda Rutzbeck of Felton.
He was preceded in death by his mother Doris Mick.
Visitation will be held Friday September 9, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc. Houtzdale.
Funeral service will be held Saturday September 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Lee Cowfer officiating.
Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
