Anita Fevang is a sociologist, author, speaker, and lecturer who makes work be a place for appreciation. For the past 10 years, she has been a leader for three different kinds of organizations. She has also taught in different institutions in Norway, as well as abroad, ranging from primary schools, to college in England and The University of Bergen. She specializes in trauma-based care for individuals, as well as organizations going through changes. Her knowledge is based on recent research within the fields of leadership, organizations, HR- management, as well as Neurological Science of the Brain. She can help you:

Anita is the author of the article, How to create Joy at Work (Hvaskaperarbeidsglede?)written for leaders in the field of social science.As a successful leader of an organization within Child Protection, she has worked closely with the organization Resource Centre for Violence and Traumatic Stress (RVTS).

Anita graduated at The University of Bergen with a Master in Sociology in 2002, where she did her research on drugs and the media.She has since studied higher level of Child Protection within a perspective of Minorities, Leadership, HRManagement (HBV), Organizational Change (UiB). Shelives with her partner andis the mother oftwo children. She relaxes by reading, spending time with friends/family, cooking, enjoying nature and travelling.
