Space is limited to a total of 32 players
Four divisions of eight - to be determined by the latest available ratings
7 Games – Round Robin ● Director – Ira Freehof
Entry fee $150 (includes snacks, dinner and after hours Ice Cream social and some really good goodies)
First Place $300 in each division Second Place $200 in each division
3:00 pm – sign in and setup - 3:30 pm games 1 – 4
7:30 pm – Dinner (snacks and beverages will be available throughout).
8:00 pm – games 5 – 7
11:00 pm (approx.) Awards ceremony followed by
An Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social (Ice cream other desserts to be served)
The entrants for this tournament are coming off of a waiting list
established in March of 2008
If you are notified that you have a spot in the tournament you will have 14 days to confirm your reservation by making payment, if you end up having to cancel, you will be given two options.
Option 1. Receive a full refund and have your name removed
from the entrants list.
Option 2. Rather than a refund, you may use your entry fee to play in
the next one day Big Apple Scrabble tournament.
