v) The entities providing core-banking software must have latest annual sale of an amount equivalent to or more than the value of estimated purchase/amount of present work to be executed in one year. The bidder is required to submit audited financial statement(s) to substantiate this.

ix) The bidder must provide the evidence that the proposed On-Line Real Time Banking Application System has the scalability of handling 2.0 million accounts and more than 200,000 vouchers per day.(Explanation: - Actually the no. of vouchers was 155,266(page-216, Part-B). Due to typing error the number was mentioned as 15,000. As the statistics was 12 months older, we have increase the quantity by 30% and rounded up[MA2]).

If the supplier bidder has live site of offered System/Software in Bangladesh, the supplier bidder will arrange to or facilitate the environment for the purchaser’s representative so that the above mentioned test/inspection/fact finding could be carriedy oust. The cost of such visit will be borne by the Purchaser. If the supplier bidder does not have live site in Bangladesh, the biddersupplier then arranges to establish test server(s) in purchaser’s premises at its cost. The offered system/software should be installed in the test server(s) to arrange or to facilitate necessary environment(s) for the above mentioned test/inspection/fact findings carriedy out by supplier Purchaser in presence of vendor’s representative with test/hypothetical data.

Except as otherwise noted, all payments shall be made for the portion of the Contract Price corresponding to the goods or services actually Delivered, Installed, or Operationally Accepted, as per the Contract Implementation Schedule, at unit prices and in the currencies specified in the Price Schedules of the Contract Agreement.
(a) Advance Payment
Ten percent (10%) of the entire contract price, exclusive of all Recurrent Costs, shall be paid against receipt of a claim accompanied by the Advance Payment Security specified in GCC Clause 13.2.
The Advance Payment Security should be in the form of Bank Guarantee from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh or from any other renowned foreign bank duly endorsed by its correspondent schedule Bank in Bangladesh and in the form provided with these documents. The security should be in Bangladeshi Taka or freely convertible currency.
(b) Software and Software Materials:
Twenty percent (20%) of the total or pro-rata Contract Price against successful Customization & Installation
Twenty percent (20%) of the total or pro-rata Contract Price against successful Data Migration
Twenty percent (20%) of the total or pro-rata Contract Price against Operational Acceptance.
( c ) Transportation Services:
No transportation cost will be paid separately. Cost of the Supplied System should be inclusive of transportation cost.
(d) Training Services
Ten percent (10%) of the total Contract Price for training services at the start of the full training program.
Fifty percent (50%) of the pro-rata Contract Price for training services performed will be paid monthly in arrears, on submission and approval of appropriate invoices.
(e) Complete System Integration(all items)
Thirty percent (30%) of the entire Contract Price, exclusive of all Recurrent Costs, as final payment against Operational Acceptance of the System as a complete, integrated system.
(f) Recurring Costs:
One hundred percent (100%)of the price of the services actually delivered will be paid monthly in arrears, on submission and Purchaser’s acceptance & approval of invoices. / Part-A, GCC 12.1
