2013 – Date / Hyder Consulting Middle East Limited – Principal Mechanical Engineer
Doha Convention Centre and Tower (DCC+T), Doha – Qatar: As a Principal Mechanical Engineer responsible for all Mechanical System design review, comments and approval of contractor’s submittal. Bharat is also responsible for monitoring, guiding for TAB work at site and progress of work. This is a very large project consisting of 5 conventional halls and multipurpose hall.
2010 - 2012 / TANWEEN – Doha- Qatar -Senior Consultant (Mechanical)
2010 - 2011 Lusail City, Qatar:As a Sr. Consultant Mechanical, was responsible for the prepare business development plan for Middle East largest district cooling system and centralized CNG (LPG + Air) System. Lusail city is the largest mixed use project in Qatar having residential complex, commercial Buildings, Malls, Hotels, Mosques, Schools, Leisure and Sport stadium.
2010 - 2012 Barwa Al Saad – Al Saad Area – Qatar: As a part of client’s project management team, was responsible for review, track and approval process of mechanical related items / system and supervising consultant’s and contractor’s project submittals. Barwa – Al Saad comprises of 3 high-rise residential and 3 high-rise commercial towers, One 4star hotel and 2 storey super malls.
2010 - 2012 Barwa City and Barwa City Amenities – Qatar: Barwa City is a large residential complex having 4500 residential flats. Barwa City Amenities comprising of 5 Mosques, Schools, shopping Center and Multi-purpose hall. As a part of client’s technical team, was responsible for review, comments and approve all mechanical related submittals, oversight management and direct PMC team during construction stage for major mechanical system. Also Bharat was involved in approving process of all concept, Design development and construction stage drawings, technical Reports and reviewing design and submittals of specialist consultants/contractors.
2011 - 2012 The Wave – Muscat, Oman: The wave is a large complex comprising of 8 No. high rise residential towers in Muscat, Oman. Responsible for review, comment and approval of consultant’s concept to construction stage drawings related to mechanical system, and technical specification.
Somerset Tower – Doha, Qatar: Somerset tower is large commercial tower in Doha. Responsible for review, comment and approval of consultant’s concept to construction stage drawings related to mechanical system, and technical specification.

2005 – 2007 / MSCEB – Bahrain. Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer
2005, Sarab – Al Areen, Bahrain: It was master development of large residential, retail, commercial and leisure complexes. Responsible for developing concept stage design and drawings for mechanical system.
2005, Al Salam Bank, Bahrain: It was a headquarter tower building for the bank. Responsible for refurbishment of all mechanical system including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems and preparation of construction stage drawings, specification and project supervision till handover.
2005 - 2006 Al Banadar Hotel – Bab Al Bahrain, Bahrain: Al Banadar is 4 star hotel project with 28 floors in Bahrain developed by Rotana Group of Abu Dhabi.Fully responsible for design, preparation of concept to construction stage report and drawings, tender preparation with detailed mechanical specifications.
2005 - 2009 Riffa Views – Al Riffa – Bahrain: Riffa Views is largest residential complex comprising of 1052 Nos. small to large and VVIP Villas. The project was successfully completed in 2009. Fully responsible for design, tender drawings and specifications related to Mechanical systems.

Reliance Industries Ltd. – Hazeera – India: This is flagship yarn manufacturing unit for the Reliance group which is largest yarn manufacturing unit all over Asia.As a Mechanical Project Manager was responsible for preparation of HVAC design and drawings, award of contract, supervision at site till commissioning of system.
Nandan Textile Ltd. – Ahmedabad, India: Nandan textile is large wearing unit with more than 10,000 spindles.Responsible for developing HVAC design for complete wearing unit, drawings, tender specification, cost estimation and finalizing the award of contract.
2001 – 2004 / AL-Jauf L.L.C- Muscat-Oman – Manager (Mechanical)
2001 - 2001 Intercontinental Hotel – Muscat, Oman: The project was to refurbishment of BOH areas, Spa and Restaurants. As a Mechanical Manager was responsible to develop all the design, shop drawings and monitoring the installation work till handover.
2001 - 2003 Al Bustan Palace Hotel – Muscat, Oman: Al Bustan Palace Hotel is a 10 storey 7 star hotel owned by the Royal Family and considered as one among the best hotel of 25 all over world.As a Mechanical Manager responsible for design and supervision at site till commissioning of HVAC and plumbing system.
2002 - 2004 Crown Plaza Hotel – Salalah, Oman: Crown Plaza Hotel is own by Salalah Hotel Company and project consisted of construction of 5 star beach resort having 142 rooms including Royal Suites and special suites rooms, 4 night clubs, bars and restaurants. Fully responsible for complete site installation monitoring progress and equipment ordering activity till commissioning of major mechanical system.
1999 – 2000 / IEMSE – Dubai / Mauritus - Sr. Mechanical Project Engineer
1999-2000 Mauritius Hilton Beach Resort.- Flic N Flac- Mauritius
Mauritius Hilton Beach Resort is luxurious project own by Hilton group comprising singlestory134 rooms, 5 conference halls and BOH areas including Spa and Restaurant and a Night club all together spread in West Beach of Mauritius in @ 1 KM length. As a Sr. Mechanical Project Engineer responsible for all Mechanical construction work, Monitoring the progress including equipment ordering activities. It’s a flagship project for Bharat as he completed the project despite of many local problems in less than one year time from start to handover.
1997 – 1999 / ZubairKilpatrik L.L.C.– Muscat, Oman - Sr. HVAC Engineer
1997 - 1998 Hotel Hyatt Regency – Muscat, Oman: Hyatt Regency is a biggest hotel of Oman with 652 rooms and other amenities area situated on a long beach of Muscat in Al-khuwair area. As a Sr. HVAC Engineer of MEP contractor, was responsible for reviewing HVAC shop drawings, material procurement and monitoring site activity and installation. This is also one of flagship project completed by Bharat in which all HVAC installation and TAB work was completed within 9 Months of period.
1998 - 1998 National Pharmaceuticals – Muscat, Oman: This was the first pharmaceutical project in the middle east with a manufacturing of tablets, capsules and bulk-drugs.Was responsible for Tender cost estimation, preparation of tender offer and he has booked the order after successful discussion, meetings and negotiation with consultant and client. Bharat was also responsible to prepare all mechanical shop drawings of the projects and successfully obtained the consultant’s approval for all Mechanical drawings within 5 months of period.
1998 - 1998 HM’s Personal Dining Hall – Sohar, Oman: This one was a prestigious project for ZubairKilpatrik being a personal property of HM of Oman. The project is consisting of large dining hall with a seating arrangement of 300 people. As a project In charge completed the mechanical services including HVAC, Plumbing and successfully handover the project within 6 months period.
1994 - 1997 / Self Employed – HVAC Consultant / Chartered Engineer – Ahmedabad, India
During this period started my own private consultancy firm in Ahmedabad, India and responsible for developing design, drawings, tender specification, cost estimation, evaluation of tender bids, and award of contract for various prestigious and varied nature projects including hospitals, commercial offices, pharmaceutical projects and residential complex.
1991 – 1994 / UTILITY Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd. – Sales Manager – Ahmedabad, India: Utility engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd was manufacturers of “TRANE” HVAC equipment in India and one of four major HVAC Contracting Company in India . As a sales manager, was responsible to book the HVAC order within three states of India, i.e. Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Bharat was responsible for developing professional relations with client, and consultants, supplies. Also was responsible for techno-commercial discussion, negotiation and dealing with Government, semi Government, private and industrial clients. Highest numbers of project booking and highest total order’s value every year with in three states during tenure of services was the achievement and obtained 1st rank among all offices spread in India. Many flagship projects booked by to name a few – Reserve Bank of India, Indo-German Tool Room factory, Gujarat State Fertilizer Company, Hotel Haveli, Hotel Sushil, Hotel Nalanda, Hotel Sun and Silver, Multi-speciality 8 storied Apollo Hospital;Multi-speciality 11 storied GIL Hospital etc.
1985 - 1991 / SMPS Consultants – HVAC/ Mechanical Consultant
SMPS Consultant is the reputed, largest and oldest Consulting Engineering company located in Ahmedabad City of Gujarat, India with more than 50 years of standing and served many industrial projects of varied nature, large commercial projects within region. My responsibility as an HVAC Engineer was to carry out all design calculations related to mechanical works, providing guidance to CAD people for tender drawings, preparation of tenders, specifications, evaluate bids and preparation of techno-commercial comparison spread sheets. Bharat was also responsible to supervise the entire projects sites, resolving any mechanical issue, preparing cost estimates, checking contractor’s invoices. I have successfully designed, Supervised and completed more than 70 projects.
1983 - 1985 / Ahmadabad New Cotton Mills Ltd. – Senior Mechanical Engineer - Ahmedabad, India: Ahmedabad New Cotton Mills was a composite textile unit of Lalbhai group of Ahmedabad and manufacturing the finished clothes from raw cotton. My responsibility was to maintain proper environmental conditions required to different process departments, supervising maintenance process and augmentation of existing equipment.
1980 - 1983 / Mihir Textiles Ltd. – Supervisor Engineer - Ahmedabad, India
Mihir Textile Ltd. Was a composite textile manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad belong to well-known group of Mafatal. Mihir Textile unit was manufacturing quality clothes from raw cotton to finish product. My responsibility was to maintain all humidification and air-conditioning plants, utility equipment like boilers, pumps, air compressors, fans, air-washers, water treatment plants.
