Holiday sessions and Inset Days
Dear Parents/Carers
In September 2017 we changed our booking and charging systems.
Attached is a booking form for the Christmas 2017 holidays and January 2018 Inset day please use this to book your child/children’s requirements.
Inset days St Peter and St Pauls – Tuesday and Wednesday. King Offa – None Base will collect as usual. Chantry – None Base will collect as usual
This form needs to be returned completed to the office at Bexhill Youth and Community Centre by Friday 15th December 2017
By returning and booking sessions by Friday 15th December and paying 1 session deposit there will be no change in fees to full day, half day or 2nd and 3rd child discounts. Full Day £20.00, Half Day £11.00, 2 Children Full Day £38.00 2 children Half Day £20.00.
Payments
Full Payment must be received by Friday 22nd December 2017 (fee cut-off date) to qualify for the frozen price
We will continue to also accept the Childcare vouchers and fee increases will not occur if booked by cut-off date.
Any fees not paid by the cut-off date or Forms returned after Friday 15th December will be charged at the following rates. Full Day £22.00, Half Day £12.00, 2 children full day £41.00, half day £22.00, 3 Children £61.50 for Full Day £34.00 for Half Day
Cancelling sessions – once booking form has been received in the office all sessions booked are payable.

LATE COLLECTION
With this we would like to remind you that all our sessions finish by 6pm and therefore children should be collected by that time. Our late collection policy states that you will be charged £2.50 for every 5 minutes late. From 1st September 2017 charges will applied for all late collections

3 Children £61.50 for Full Day £34.00 for Half Day.
