Poster Submission

Present a Poster We encourage attendees to gain further exposure by presenting their work in the poster sessions. To secure a poster board and inclusion in the conference materials, your abstract must be submitted by August 30, 2017.

Deadline To secure a poster board, your Poster Submission Form and abstract must be submitted by August 30, 2017 to . Late poster submissions will only be accepted if space allows. Late posters will not be listed in symposium materials.

Poster Submission Requirements:

1.  Complete the attached Poster Submission Form, including title, one page printed abstract and author information.

2.  Your registration must be completed and your Poster Submission Form with abstract received by the August 30 conference’s poster deadline to be considered for a poster presentation. Approval letters will be emailed approximately one week after the poster deadline.

3.  Abstract content should be scientific and relevant to the conference topic. Advertisements or solicitations will not be approved.

Onsite Poster Information:

1.  Posters should be portrait orientation, with maximum dimensions of 36 inches wide (3 feet) by 48 inches tall (4 feet). Please verify poster dimensions before printing your poster. Oversized posters may not fit.

2.  You are responsible for transporting your poster to the conference and setting it up, which occurs during onsite registration. There are no printing facilities onsite. Posters are affixed with pushpins to the poster board. You are encouraged to bring a small supply of pushpins, as conference staff sometimes runs out of them. Velcro may also be used. Additionally, you are responsible for removing your poster from the exhibit space in a timely manner. The Protein Engineering Symposium is not responsible for posters remaining in the exhibit space once the poster session is closed.

3.  Poster sessions will occur in the exhibit hall. Posters are accessible to attendees of the conference during the hours of the conference but traffic is always highest during refreshment break
