Disabled Workers' Forum (DWF)
The Disabled Workers Forum supports staff with disabilities whether physical, sensory, mental health, learning difficulties or others such as ME, epilepsy, diabetes or heart conditions. The DWF is consulted on policies across the breadth of Medway's activities and used for expert advice on a range of disability issues.

Black Workers' Forum (BWF)
The Black Workers Forum us a group of professionals from across the council, who meet regularly to network, share experiences, consult on policies encourage, support each other and provide expert advice on a range of equality issues. The welcomes staff from all ethnic backgrounds.

Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Trans Forum (LGBT)
The LGBT Forum aims to build and maintain a welcoming forum for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and trans employees. The forum provides employees with a support network and an opportunity to voice any concerns relating to personal issues, acceptance and workplace issues.
