CELL PRAYER & PLANNING OUTLINE FOR FEBRUARY WEEK 1
SUBJECT: 2018 THE YEAR OF THE SUPERNATURAL!
DIRECTIVES FOR THE CELL LEADER
Welcome to the month of February in the year of the supernatural. All Cell leaders should personally study the New Year message by our dear man of God on PCDL and this outline in preparation for the cell prayer & planning meeting. This is a prayer & planning meeting so we expect that there will adequate time spent to pray and declare words of increase, productivity and blessings into our month and all we have to do. Proper plans for the programs and Mega Cell Outreach for this month of February should be drawn up with timelines for activities during the meeting. Attention should be given to soul wining and retention.. The cell leader should come to the meeting in the fullness of God's Spirit, expecting the manifestation of God's Spirit in the meeting.
During the meeting, please ensure your members have their Bibles and all the Scriptures in the outline are read; members have to look into their Bibles while the Scriptures are being read.
In addition, don’t rush through the subject as you teach; remember that our intention is to have every member of the class understand the subject matter so that they can understand what the Bible teaches on the subject, and can become acquainted with the Scriptures.

This is the Year of the Supernatural. That means we must be God conscious and eternal life conscious. There are many Christians who are not conscious of heavenly realities. Become conscious of heavenly realities all the time.
As a child, you blended with everybody whether boy or girl. But as you get older, elderly ones start putting the consciousness of your sex in your mind and how to act and behave. Why were they bringing this into your consciousness even though it's a natural thing? So that you can act accordingly.
So it is with Christianity. Because you're born again it doesn't mean things will naturally happen the way you want or expect, you've got to consciously act. You have a superior life inside you and you have to constantly superimpose that life on your physical life. That's the essence of meditation
We live everyday according to our consciousness. If you're not conscious that you have money, you live like you don't. Now that you're born again, did you know that you've received the life and nature of Christ?
Don't buy it when people say, "we are all humans". It is an excuse to let humanity dominate their divinity. We are born of divinity!
In the church, just because some things sound religious doesn't make them true. Many people have worked with church language. You've got to study the Word of God and so know it that nothing can take it away from you.
In this year, take the matters to God in prayers and as you make the declarations in the Name of Jesus, it means its settled. God doesn't want us struggling for anything and we are not going to struggle. Declare...
Romans 8:28
_"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."_
What does this mean?
1. All of nature is responding for your good. The sun, the moon, the stars work for our good, God with us in mind. Things are happening, working to make sure we are okay.
2. Irrespective of the situation, the things of life are working out for my good.
Romans 8:26-31
_"...Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"_
As we pray, the Holy Spirit bears us up to pray as we ought to. This is the purest prayer that man isn't even allowed to utter anything. No matter what happens, when you make this prayer, it can only turn out for your good.
I'm honored of the Lord. I'm glorified! I've been glorified already! I'm not praying for it, I'm glorified!
When we speak in tongues, we are under the influence, we are beside ourselves. Don't ever let anybody stop you from speaking in tongues. When/as you speak in tongues, power is released.
Many Christians don't know what they have. When you speak in tongues you connect to the Spirit.
Romans 8:11
_"But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."_

_" He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"_

SPEND SOME TIME TO PRAY IN TONGUES WITH ALL PRESENT, THANKING GOD FOR THIS GLORIOUS MONTH OF FEBRUARY IN THE YEAR OF THE SUPERNATURAL.
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN PLANNING FOR THE MEGA OUTREACH
· VENUE: The Venue should be able to contain the number of people you are expecting. Adequate arrangements should be made to secure the venue and confirm its availability for your use for the program.
· RENTALS FOR CHAIRS AND EQUIPMENT: In the case where chairs and other equipment like sound, generating set for power if applicable, and other necessary appliances are not readily within your access, arrangements should be made to procure and confirm that they are in good working condition for the meeting.
· PUBLICITY: Intensive publicity within the area you intend to hold the program should be done to sensitize your target invitees. Invitation Fliers, banners and social media should be employed to publicise the outreach meeting.
· SET UP WORKING COMMITTEE: A working committee for the mega outreach should be set up from among the cell leadership/members to handle various aspects of the program which may include but not limited to the following; prayer, venue management, counselling/first timers ministry, publicity, media, program coordination, choir, security, ushering/greeters, welfare, mobilisation/transportation, finance, ministry materials to be distributed. Their specific responsibilities and timelines should be clearly communicated.
· PROVISION FOR FREE DISTRIBUTION OF MINISTRY MATERIALS TO NEW CONVERTS AND FIRST TIMERS: Sponsorship opportunities should be given to brethren to participate in procuring ministry materials for free distribution during the outreach.
Your location should be around your target attendees to aid attendance.
The program content should communicate your focus for the outreach effectively and there should be consideration for the timing since we are dealing with teenagers. Transportation arrangements should be made where necessary to bring attendees to the venue of the program. Regular meetings should be done to review your level of preparation.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
" O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. I believe He is alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His name, I have eternal life; I'm born again. Thank you Lord, for saving my soul! I'm now a child of God. Hallelujah!
