Program Outline:
Behavioral Sciences, Sociology Concentration 1054 A.A.
A Two-Year Transfer Program Leading to the A.A. Degree
This program allows students to begin a concentration in sociology that will lead eventually to a major in that field. The study of sociology prepares individuals for positions in industry, education, government, business, welfare, and various community agencies. The program satisfies the Sociology Transfer Single Articulation Pathway (TSAP) created under Indiana Senate Enrolled Act 182 passed in 2013. Students completing the program intact will transfer into any State supported institution with 60 credits accepted.
