BEF Kids Count Grant Criteria:

Support extended school day and school year programs that provide tutoring and/or enrichment opportunities for students that enhance student learning.

Scoring Guidelines:

· Each application will be scored on each element on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent.

· To be rated the top score of 5 on any element, the application must be clearly superior on the element.

· Applications will be compared to one another to test scoring consistency.
