Becky Sterling, CD2 Learning, named as Finalist for 2016 Stevie® Awards for Women
KANSAS CITY, MO - Oct. 25, 2016 – CD2 Learning, a leading learning and development technology, announced that President Becky Sterling was named a finalist for the 2016 Stevie® Awards for Women –Female Executive of the Year category.
Ms. Sterling is a pioneer in the elearning industry. Her current area of focus is championing a learning and development platform for today's workforce – under her tutelage, CD2 Learning has been recognized and awarded dozens of industry honors for innovation and for empowering organizations to provide strategic and engaging learning. She has over 25 years of progressive advancement and standout achievements in sales, management, and executive experience making her a sought after speaker and authority on learning technology and talent management. She is passionate about her service as a Great Plains Regional youth volleyball coach (mentoring young women), her membership on the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Friends Council, and her history of developing young women as leaders in the industry and community.

Preliminary judging by more than 110 business professionals worldwide selected the finalists. Finalist nominations will be reviewed and rated again by the members of five specialized final-judging committees, and their average scores will determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements. The results will be announced at the 13th annual awards dinner on Friday, November 18th in New York City.
