The dinner that they are planning on Family Weekend is one in which they are expecting 80-100 people to event. They would like the students to prepare the dinners for their parents. They would like it to be an event in which parents can see who is in the ACF and students can interact with each other. In this case, food may be integral because there is no possibility of a dinner without food.

They hadn’t planned on opening it up but they are not opposed to the idea.

They are advised to request this funding from Dean Fatemi.

There is a motion to fund $0.

For the coffee house, they are planning to have song, dance, and musical performances. The requests are for drinks and cookies, decorations, and publicity. Since they have $50 left in the $200 rule, they could use that.
