Experience gained during the course and departments at General Hospital (GGH), Guntur:
1. Physiotherapy Dept: individually assessed, diagnosed, treated and prescribed home programs for cases like Periarthritis of shoulders, Osteoarthritis, Low backache, Cervical and Lumbar Spondylosis, Tendonitis, Wrists and Hand injuries and strengthening programmes. .
Usage of TENS, IFT, Muscle stimulator, SWD and Ultrasound.
Delayed developmental milestones, Cerebral Palsy, Contractures and CTEV.
2. Orthopedics: Knee ligament and Menisci injuries, Fractures, Patellectomy, Cerebral Palsy, Amputation and Prosthetic cases and Gait training.
3. Neurology: Stroke, Parkinsonism, Cerebellar Ataxia, Bells palsy, Head injuries, and Spinal Cord injuries.
4. Medicine and MICU: Chest Physiotherapy for operated cases,
General mobility and strengthening programs, Chest Pt, Suctioning- MICU.
5. Surgery, CTS (ICU & Ward) Burns: Worked on the care of the operated sites; Chest care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, handling critical & complicated cases with special attention.
