  1. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC): Do contractor HVAC personnel have the requisite education, experience, and qualifications to maintain, service, repair, replace, and troubleshoot all supported facilities/buildings/tents on the approved density list?

Engineering/Facility Support: Does the contractor review/develop facility designs for temporary/permanent configuration, manage facility configuration projects, purchase, install and layout Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment and other activities from initial design through full operations involved in establishing an efficient operating facility?

  1. Does the contractor develop and/or review facility designs, manage fabrication, develop project justification and budget estimates, and perform economic analysis justifying projects (buildings and equipment), purchase, install and layout CAD equipment?
