Financial terms are defined by the terms of respective agreements on student exchange. Program participants shall cover expenses connected with visa/registration procedures, medical and other insurances as well as expenses not presupposed by student exchange agreements.

According to the Russian Law individuals coming to the country in order to study can work here during the vacations. During the academic year foreign students can work only at their spare time and only as support staff at institutions where they study. Thus, a person in no way should count that his work in Russia would pay for all his expenses on tuition and accommodation in the country.
