1.  Combine and mix the flour with the un-dissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

2.  Heat liquid and fat to 120 to 130

3.  Add liquid to the dry ingredients. And knead the dough.

4.  Add just enough of remaining flour to make the kind of dough specified in the recipe.
