It was noted that R Dann had tendered his resignation from the Committee.
Minutes of Last Meeting on6/11/17
Minutes were accepted as correct.
Matters Arising
1/Guide Books –Since the record listed in the minutes of 6/11/17, 12books have been sold from the Bluebell.

2/ Path 2 (Ferma Lane to Guilden Sutton) - PA had advised that he had spoken to the Ardens and hoped to inspect the bridge the next day and wouldalso correct any signage inaccuracies.
4/ Path 3 (The Hollies to Plemstall) –A new waymark post had now been installed by the Millennium Wood.
5/ Path 5 (Ferma Lane to Sunny Bank) - ‘L’ path markers to indicate the turn towards path 24 had been supplied to GH who would erect these.
6/ Path 9 (Broomhill to Long Green) – The incorrectly installed gate had been rectified.
7/ Path 11 (Barrowmore to Broomhill) – Pa reported that he was ready to replace the dangerous stile but had been asked to ‘hang fire’ for the present.
8/Path 12 (Broomhill to Hollowmoor Heath) –PA had reported that more work had been done on the slope and that he had asked the landowner to lay down more stone surfacing. He would be checking on this the next day.
9/Path 24 (Ferma Lane to Little Barrow) –Richard Ankers (CWAC)had written to the Johnsons at The Hough about the blocked section of footpath.
The fallen branch blocking part of the route had now been removed.
10/ Riders – MM reported that there had been instances of ‘No Horses’ signage being damaged or removed. This had affected Path 24/25 and Path 31 (Village Road to Manor Park). The perpetrators were unknown and consideration might be given to installing CCTV.

Community Website – The passwords had now been made available and the website was expected to be available to receive information in February. MM asked CY to confirm with the Parish Clerk that a footpaths post should also be included in the PC website. GH queried whether it would be helpful for these entries to include an explanation of the various categories of footpath.

The next meeting is on Monday 12thMarch 2018at 7.30pm in the Village Hall. AF wouldbook the hall.
