Club Rules

General

We reserve the right to refuse admission to

any member who abuses any club rules, or

displays inappropriate behaviour whilst on

the club premises. Our privacy policy is

available on our club website.

It is the responsibility of each member to

ensure that they are capable of engaging in

their chosen activityon the club premises.

The Proprietor accepts no responsibility for

injuryor loss, unless caused by our

negligence,wilful act or breach of duty.

Session Membership

This includes the same privileges as a Gold,

or Silver membership for the SESSION ONLY.

A session member who leaves the Club

andreturns later in the day, must pay again

for any subsequent session

Squash, Squash 57

Tennis Gym

Appropriate dress must be worn at all times.

This includes non marking court shoes for

squash court use appropriate Tennis shoes

or trainers for use on the Tennis courts.

Clean trainers andno jeans to be

worn in the gym.

We request that all gym equipment is

put away correctly after use.

Family Membership

Any child included within a Family Membership

who turns 17 years of age, will no longer be

entitled to Junior Membership as part of the

Family Membership Package.

Club Rules

Junior Membership

Junior Memberships, Junior Family Members, and children’s admission provides Club entry

for swimming, sauna, steam room

racket sports. Subject to court & class fees.

Court Bookings

Members may book Squash, Squash 57 & Tennis Courts up to 8 days in advance.

Non-Members may book 1 day in advance.

During Peak times, a £4.00 finewill be

charged for any court bookingcancelled

within 24 hours of court booking time.

Swimming

CHILDREN Under 15yrs old will NOT be allowed access to the swimming pool unless accompanied by an ADULT (18+) at all times.

In the event of persistent dangerous or discourteous behaviour in the swimming pool, swimmers abusing the pool safety rules will be asked to vacate the pool immediately.

Standing Order Memberships

Members who pay for their Membership by

Monthly Standing Order must pay for a minimum of 3 Full Calendar Months, and are required to give one full Calendar months’ notice of cancellation. Membership Cards must be returned by the end of the Membership period.
