YOUTH SPORT FUND APPLICATION – CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS, 2018
Now in its 3rd year, The Pauw Foundation Youth Sport Fund has been established in partnership with True Sport Foundation, to assist Bow Valley youth recreation organizations with annual financial support.

Organizations which are eligible for funding consideration will:
1. Offer sport, activity, and recreational amateur programs for youth (17 and younger)
2. be a registered not-for-profit society
3. be based in the Bow Valley with the majority of programming targeted towards Bow Valley youth residents
4. have developed or are developing strategies to increase inclusion and accessibility of sport to youth in the community
5. demonstrate how they exemplify the seven True Sport Principles
6. have stable financial practices
Applications must include:
· Organization and Contact Details, listing of Board Members
· Outline of the programs offered for youth including numbers of participants, coaches, paid and volunteer positions, and proportion of Bow Valley participants
· Most current approved, year-ending Financial statement
· Description explaining how incremental funding from Pauw Foundation and/or the True Sport Foundation will benefit the organization
· Summary demonstrating how your organization (i.e., your program offerings and delivery) is increasing inclusion and accessibility of sport and how it exemplifies the seven True Sport Principles
