Minutes of 02 December 2015 were approved.

3. / Banff and Buchan Community Plan
Draft actions for the new Community Plan 2016-2019, actions need to be made SMART, working group will reconvene to look at actions and second draft will be circulated to the group and presented at next meeting on 2 March. / CS
4. / Funding Applications
4.1 / No applications for funding submitted.
Group had a discussion on how we administer the LCPG funds, although the consensus is the purpose of the fund is not a small projects fund, we need to look at larger projects/pieces of work to allocate the funding to. / CS
5. / Information Sharing
Partner Updates:
Banffshire Partnership - Invercairn Community Council have initiated first steps of developing a Community Action Plan, the first meeting will be held on 1 February.
Aberchirder, Alvah and Forglen Community Action Plans have now been launched, still awaiting to launch the Rathen and Memsie Plan.
LEADER Funding – Program is now live both in the North and South, first round of funding deadline is closing on 31st January. Funding will be in quarterly rounds thereafter.
Limit set at £50,000 with an intervention of 45%. Duncan will continue to give the group regular updates on the fund.
Health and Wellbeing
New walking group has now started in Fraserburgh which will be held weekly starting from Kinnaird Lighthouse Museum. The walk will last approximately 1 hour and cover a distance of 2 miles.
The walk is open to all.
Community Learning and Development
Employment event taking place at North East of Scotand College, Fraserburgh, with retailers and employers advertising vacancies. On 28 January 2016
Community Safety
Police Scotland are looking to hold an event in the Fraserburgh area on Domestic Abuse, tackling domestic abuse issues with our migrant and wider community. / DL
