He has founded and built three small scale units manufacturing dyes viz. Vijay Dye Chem (Dombivli) P.Ltd, Sinkar Dye Chem P.Ltd., Sinkar Blue Chem P.Ltd., and he was theChairman and Managing Director ofthese business ventures.
Previously, he was the CEO of Rohini Enterprises, which is a import export trading firm dealing mainly in specialty Welding consumables.
Under his leadership he has set up offices and developed a sound business in India for various Import Export firms and Manufacturing units. At C.M.N Industries Pvt. Ltd where he worked as a Director Marketing(Mumbai), E Z Impex P.Ltd where he was the Director-Operations,as a Vice President with E Z Weld Intl. Inc. USA,Vice President with Maya Rasayan Ltd, as Chief Manager-Supply Chain /Production with Sabero Organics Gujarat,as Project Manager-Chiplun Project-(Value 16 cr.) with Rallies India Ltd.,.
When he started his career he worked with Indian Organics Chemicals Ltd, Khopoli, Chemiequip Pvt. Ltd., Ambernath, etc, where he gained sound technical expertise in Organic Chemicals manufacturing, Dyes etc..
During his journey, hehas worked as a consultant to many industries which has prospered and bloomed under his leadership and guidance
He has over 41 years of professional and proven experience in various Chemical and Engineering industries in Supply Chain Management, Finance, H.R. and training, Purchase, Project Management and implementation, Marketing,Import and export, etc. out of which 36 years at Top Management Level.
He has turned at least twodozen managers/students working with him in to successful Entrepreneurs and they are doing extremely well in their own business ventures.

Completed National Faculty Development Programme in Entrepreneurship at EDII,Ahmedabad.
Rotarian since 1977. Past President of Rotary Club of Dombivli (1985 – 1986).
Organised Rotary Industrial and Trade Exhibition (RITE) for 10 days at Dombivli.
Former member of Bombay Management Association and its S-S-I-S Committee, Chemixil and Indo Japanese Association, and Vice President of Kalyan Ambernath Manufacture’s Association.
Life member of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers. & Executive Committee of I.I.Ch.E., Vapi Chapter.
Arranged seminars for Senior Executives on topics like Working Capital Management, Central Excise, Imports, Exports, Post Budget Analysis, Industrial policy, personality development and Fellowship meetings etc.
Called and addressed many News Conferences in Mumbai.
Presented paper on “Challenges faced by Small Scale Entrepreneurs” at 9thBiennial conference organized byEDII Ahmedabad.
