Criteria For Admission in Std XII 2018-2019

  1. Student who have passed Std XI in the academic year 2017-2018 from Birla College are eligible for admission to regular classes of Std XII.
  2. The Students of Std XI who have failed are not eligible for admission to regular classes of Std XII.
  3. Failed student will contact Ms S S Patil and Ms S. P. Pawar on 11 June 2018, Monday at 12.00 noon in room No. 125

Going Hi- Tech : Admission will be online.

Online Admission Form-Website-

  1. Login with student ID Printed on fee receipt of std XI will be used as User ID and password.
  2. Fill the form online and take a print out.
  3. Attach the following document to the form :(Bring Gum,Stapler,Pen..)
  1. Marksheet of Std X and XI (2 photocopy)
  2. Caste certificate (if applicable) (1 photo copy)
  3. Eligibility Certificate (if applicable) 1 photocopy ( For CBSE,ICSE etc other than state board)
  4. Learning Disability certificate (if applicable) 1 photocopy.
  5. Std XI Fee receipt – 1 photocopy.
  6. 2 passport size photograph
  7. Photocopy of ration card for Girls Student.

Note: 1.Parent/ guardian must be compulsorily accompany the ward at the time of admission.

2. Undertaking by student and parent/Guardian about 75% attendace is must.

3. Identity card will be issued and signed on the day of admission.
