• Community Council Web-Site — Ted Muralt has been working diligently on this website. He shared a hard copy of that the sight has to offer. The site is www.clallambay.net/cac.
• WRIA 19 Schedule Update — Septic Issues—Public input being sought -- April 24th2 in Port Angeles
• Lake Ozette — You can review the draft Lake Ozette Watershed plan on www.clallambay.net/cac
• Elections— Joe Murray — Chair
Patti Adler — Vice Chair
Ted Muralt — Secretary and Web Master
(LeAnne Fletcher will be Ted’s back up)
• Clallam Bay Bridge — Ted Muralt will contact Bruce Gidden and check the status.
• Grant Application — The application has been submitted. Hopefully the grant will be awarded in the first part of June. Applicants are being sought for this position, Project Manager. Board discussed how involved Mike Doherty has been with this process and wants to publicly thank his for his input.
• Straits Clean-up — April 21st Bags and gloves will be available at Olson’s Resort
• Brainstorming
-Need to verify appointments of Board Members.
-Need to see the By-Laws of the Council
-Need to coordinate the posting of meetings so community can attend
-Need to post the recycling program that CBCC offers
-Need to find out when the next Block Watch meeting will take place
-Need to coordinate a process of the reviewing draft letters by the Community Advisory
Council submitted on behalf of the council before they are sent out.
• Olson’s Resort — The State viewed Olson’s Resort on April 4, 2007
• Charter Review — Patti Adler passed out a “Charter Review Board Survey” That she has asked for community members to fill out and return to the Clallam County Court House. The next Charter Review meeting is April 16th at 6:30 pm in the PA Court House. All are welcomed.
