  • Edit and proofread bilingual dictionaries (Urdu-English and English-Urdu) with a focus on pronunciation of Urdu entries in IPA and transliteration systems
  • Conduct evaluation process for all new manuscripts/publishing proposals of dictionaries
  • Get reviews for existing dictionaries and new proposals
  • Liaise with the managing editor (dictionaries), freelance editors and proof-readers
  • check and cross check work submitted by editors, proof-readers and compositors
  • Prepare and maintain progress charts of the dictionaries, presentations, synopses
